Join us for a day of mantra, myth, and magic on January 7th, 2018. A day retreat to cleanse the mind and connect with the soul. Explore the devotional aspects of yoga practice; exploring asana, alongside moments of singing to the divine through call-and-response. We’ll integrate mudra, pranayama, meditation, storytelling and a burning to close and let go of anything holding us back. Learn to live and breathe from your heart space and express from our heart space.
